About Niamh Hurney

Niamh Hurney is a qualified life coach and meditation teacher from Galway who is passionate about empowering people to find purpose, clarity and direction in their lives. She helps her clients unlock their truth so they may live an authentic, satisfying life and maximise their potential.

Niamh trained to become a meditation teacher after the practice had such a profound impact on her life. While battling insomnia and anxiety, her research led her to meditation and, since starting, she has never looked back. She believes meditation is the key to managing stress and staying connected in our busy world. She later trained as a meditation facilitator to help others experience the power of this practice.

Niamh’s background is in biological science and she holds a master’s degree in research. Her teachings are rooted in science and delivered in a very practical way. She creates a safe, warm environment for people to be themselves, engage and enjoy the process.
