dara & co is an edtech platform helping its users to build stronger communication skills and have healthier relationships with themselves and others.
As well as articles from professional journalists and podcasts featuring subject-matter experts, dara & co offers users access to masterclasses with behavioural change specialists, cyberpsychologists, relationship counsellors, sexperts and more.
Our pre-recorded masterclasses are available on-demand, whenever or wherever you need them. Scheduled live masterclasses are hosted remotely so you can join us where you are and ask questions of our experts.
How do I use the site?
You are free to explore dara & co with no sign-up required, but only registered users will be able to access our masterclasses.
All of our articles and podcasts are freely available, while most masterclasses and events come with a one-off cost.
To make your experience more personalised, you can set up an account and let us know a bit about you in order to receive improved recommendations on what you might like.

What are masterclasses?
Our masterclasses are hosted by experts to bring you research and practice-validated advice, information and techniques to improve your relationship with yourself and with others.
Pre-recorded masterclasses are available on-demand, whenever or wherever you need them. They are roughly one hour in total, broken into digestible segments.
Scheduled live masterclasses are hosted remotely so you can join us where you are and ask questions – anonymously, if you so wish.
Why should I set up a profile?
A dara & co profile is a simple way to ensure you get the most suitable content recommendations, and can keep track of your masterclasses progress, and any upcoming events.
Only registered dara & co users can access our masterclass content.
