Are there recurring payments?

No. Our masterclasses are issued on a pay-per-view basis. You will be charged a one-off payment for the masterclasses or events you sign up to.

Why is my payment failing?

There are many issues that can occur and cause a transaction to fail. First and foremost, check that the details you have entered for payment are correct. Make sure you are using a payment method that is accepted by our payment partner, Stripe.

Sometimes there can be an issue with how the page loaded during your browser session. Try clearing your history of cookies and cached data for, then refresh the page and try again.

Sometimes network issues can interrupt transactions. Check your connection and consider disabling a VPN if you are using one.
