How do the masterclasses work?

Pre-recorded masterclasses are available on-demand, whenever or wherever you need them. They are roughly one hour in total, broken into a few short segments. You can start and stop a pre-recorded masterclass as you please, and revisit for up to 30 days after purchasing. Your profile page will keep track of your progress so you can easily dive back in wherever you left off.

Scheduled live masterclasses are hosted remotely so you can join us where you are for a more interactive session. The structure and length of live events will vary but all these details will be disclosed up front. If you wish to join events anonymously, withholding your name and image, that’s no problem.

Will a masterclass take long to complete?

Not at all. We know our users are time-poor so we’ve ensured our masterclasses last about 60 minutes in total, broken into segments that you can jump in and out of.

How do I access my masterclasses?

Visit your profile page to access any active masterclass purchases. You can also ‘Favourite’ masterclasses you discover across the site to save them here.

How long do I have to watch a masterclass?

Can I download a video and watch it offline?

No, our videos can only be viewed via the dara & co platform.

Are there technical requirements?

Our site and masterclasses should be accessible in all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) but you should make sure you are using the most up to date version to mitigate any issues. You will need a minimum internet speed of 5Mbps to ensure quality playback of videos and live streaming.
